Twenty-one members of the California lacrosse team have been recognized for their academic achievements by being named to the 2025 All-ACC Academic Team. The announcement was made by the conference office on Wednesday morning.
The list includes a diverse group of student-athletes from different academic standings: one graduate student, two seniors, seven juniors, four sophomores, and seven freshmen. Among those honored are Callan Fritsch (graduate student), Kalena Johnson and Isabelle Tiesi (seniors), and juniors such as Annette Ciupek and Brynn Gallagher.
To be eligible for this accolade, student-athletes must maintain a career grade-point average of at least 3.0, achieve a minimum GPA of 3.0 during the spring 2025 semester, and participate in at least half of their team’s competitions.
