Ami Bera has been representing California’s 6th District since he succeeded Dan Lungren in 2013. Born in Los Angeles in 1965, Bera is an alumnus of the University of California, Irvine where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1987. He currently resides in Elk Grove.
