Congressman Brad Sherman, who has represented California’s 32nd district in the U.S. Congress since 1997, announced a Telephone Town Hall event on his social media accounts. The event featured California Assemblymember Pilar Schiavo as a special guest.

On January 21, 2026, Sherman posted: ” Telephone Town Hall TONIGHT

Join us tonight at 7:00 PM for our first Telephone Town Hall of the year, featuring California Assemblymember Pilar Schiavo as our special guest.

Dial 818-214-8555 at 7 PM and make your voice heard.”

Later that evening, he reminded followers about the event with another post at 7:00 PM: “Starting soon at 7 PM Our Telephone Town Hall

To join, dial 818-214-8555″.

Shortly after the scheduled start time, Sherman confirmed the commencement of the town hall: ” We’ve started our Telephone Town Hall

Sherman has served in Congress since replacing Anthony Beilenson in 1997 and currently represents California’s 32nd district. He was born in Los Angeles in 1954 and resides in Sherman Oaks. Sherman holds a BA from UCLA (1974) and a JD from Harvard University (1979).
