The California Golden Bears women’s lacrosse team has released its 2026 season schedule, which will begin with two nonconference road games against San Diego State and USC on February 6 and 8. The team will then host Florida State at California Memorial Stadium on February 13 for both its home opener and first Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) matchup of the year. This game marks Florida State’s debut as an intercollegiate lacrosse program.

Head coach Jennifer Wong expressed optimism about the upcoming season, stating, “As we look ahead to the 2026 season, there’s a real sense of excitement as we open ACC play at home and continue our journey in the conference. Our returners carry the growth and experience gained from our inaugural ACC season, and they’ve trained with purpose to elevate our performance even further. This group is hungry, confident, and ready to take a significant step forward in year two of ACC play.”

Following their opening stretch, Cal will be on the road for three out of four games, including a nonconference contest at Oregon on February 19 and ACC matchups at Duke on February 28 and Syracuse on March 3. Between those trips, they will host UC Davis in Berkeley on February 23.

The Bears’ home schedule includes four consecutive games over ten days against Boston College (March 7), Stonehill (March 9), North Carolina (March 12), and Marist (March 16). Afterward, Cal embarks on its longest road trip during spring break with three games: Louisville (March 21), Xavier (March 24), and Notre Dame (March 28).

In April, Cal returns to Berkeley for matches against Clemson (April 3) and Virginia Tech (April 11), which will also serve as Senior Day. The regular season concludes locally with a game at Stanford on April 16.

The ACC Championships are scheduled for April 24-26 at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The NCAA Championships will run from May 9-24; early rounds take place at campus sites while semifinals and finals are set for Northwestern’s Martin Stadium in Chicago.

Admission remains free for all home contests this season. Fans can find updates about game times or broadcast information by following @calwlax on X or Instagram.
