California’s top swimmers head to World Aquatics Championships in Singapore

Twenty athletes from the California swimming and diving teams are set to compete at the 22nd World Aquatics Championships in Singapore. The event will take place from July 26 to August 3, showcasing talent from around the globe.

Among those representing California is Jack Alexy, a two-time 2025 Toyota national champion, who won gold in both the 50-meter and 100-meter freestyle earlier this year. Other notable competitors include Dare Rose, who excelled in the 50-meter butterfly, and Claire Weinstein, who claimed victory in the 200-meter freestyle at the same championships.

The group comprises 19 swimmers and one diver from various countries including the USA, Sweden, Mexico, France, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Canada, Norway, Israel, and the Philippines.
