Congressman Brad Sherman, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing California’s 32nd district since 1997, recently shared several updates on social media regarding his ongoing activities and engagements.
On June 4, 2025, Congressman Sherman announced an upcoming in-person town hall meeting scheduled for Saturday, June 28 at Canoga Park High School. He invited constituents to sign up for the event, highlighting it as an opportunity for a “productive discussion on the many critical issues we face.”
The following day, June 5, Sherman reported a meeting with H.E. Ambassador Shaikh Abdulla Al Khalifa of Bahrain. In his post, he emphasized Bahrain’s role as a “critical U.S. partner” and expressed intentions to strengthen bilateral ties through frameworks such as C-SIPA and defense partnerships.
Later that day, Sherman expressed gratitude towards the IDF for their successful mission in rescuing the bodies of Israeli-American hostages Judi and Gad Haggai. In his statement, he noted that while this was a successful operation, it serves as a reminder of the ongoing plight faced by 56 other families.
Brad Sherman was born in Los Angeles in 1954 and currently resides in Sherman Oaks. He is an alumnus of UCLA and Harvard University.
