Cooley was recognized on May 4 as Private Equity Law Firm of the Year – International at the Asian Legal Business (ALB) China Law Awards. The awards ceremony took place in Beijing and honored private practitioners and in-house teams across China.

The recognition highlights Cooley’s work with innovative technology and life sciences companies in Beijing, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. The firm advises these clients from their formation through financing and exit, handling corporate, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets matters for both international and China-based entities.

ALB had shortlisted Cooley for seven award categories this year. According to the firm, its offices represent a growing number of dynamic tech and life sciences companies involved in inbound and outbound business activities.
