Cooley was recognized on May 4 as Private Equity Law Firm of the Year – International at the Asian Legal Business (ALB) China Law Awards. The awards ceremony took place in Beijing and honored private practitioners and in-house teams across China.
The recognition highlights Cooley’s work with innovative technology and life sciences companies in Beijing, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.
