Golden State Today has submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to Santa Ana College seeking detailed records of employee compensation for Fiscal Year 2024. The request was made under the California Public Records Act § 6250 et seq., with a preference for receiving the information in electronic format.

The requested records include comprehensive data on all individuals employed by the university during the specified fiscal year. The scope of the request covers various data fields such as fiscal year, employee name, gender, age or year of birth, date of birth, employer name, title or position, department, hire date, compensation amount and type, and employment type. The requester has acknowledged that not all fields may be present in every record but seeks all responsive records regardless.
