The Paso Robles City Council will revisit the city’s proposed Vision, Goals, and Initiatives framework at its meeting on May 19 to allow for additional public comment. This follows initial discussions held during a special council meeting on May 6.
The opportunity for further input is intended to ensure community members have a chance to provide feedback before the framework is finalized and presented for future adoption. The city said that limited time was available for public comment during the earlier meeting, prompting this return of the item for more community engagement.
According to the city, “Community members are encouraged to attend the May 19 meeting and provide comments related to the proposed Vision, Goals, and Initiatives before the framework is finalized and presented for future adoption.”
During the previous session, council members reviewed a proposed Vision Statement, Strategic Work Plan, and key outcomes from recent visioning and goal-setting efforts. The new framework aims to guide council priorities while aligning departmental work with long-term planning across city operations.
