U.S. Representative Norma Torres, who serves California’s 35th district in Congress, addressed recent incidents of violence and extended Hanukkah greetings to her constituents through a series of posts on December 14, 2025.
On December 14, Rep. Torres highlighted an incident in Redlands where a home displaying Hanukkah decorations was targeted: “Yesterday evening, a Redlands home with Hanukkah decorations was shot more than 20 times.
