Idyllwild-Pine Cove home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Idyllwild-Pine Cove fell by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 67.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,500 - a 7.8% decrease over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Idyllwild-Pine Cove in the third quarter of 2018.
