Banning home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Banning rose by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 34.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,500 - a 17.2% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Banning in the third quarter of 2018.
