Calimesa home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Calimesa rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 34.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $357,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Calimesa in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Calimesa for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,563, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
