Romoland home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Romoland rose by $67,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $409,000 - a 19.8% increase over the $341,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Romoland in the third quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Romoland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,733, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
