Cabazon home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Cabazon rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,000 - a 7% increase over the $157,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Cabazon in August 2018.
