Desert Hot Springs home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Desert Hot Springs rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 47.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Desert Hot Springs in August 2018.
