Hemet home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Hemet rose by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 0.6% increase over the $268,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 178 homes sold in Hemet in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Hemet for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,979, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
