San Jacinto home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in San Jacinto rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 38.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $294,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in San Jacinto in August 2018.

The median sales tax in San Jacinto for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,440, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
