Indio home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Indio rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 42.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,500 - a 0.9% increase over the $316,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Indio in August 2018.
