Perris home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Perris rose by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 55.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $321,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Perris in August 2018.
