Palm Springs home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Palm Springs fell by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 29.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,500 - a 7.3% decrease over the $445,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in Palm Springs in August 2018.
