Mountain Center home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Mountain Center rose by $294,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 139.3% increase over the $211,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mountain Center in August 2018.
