Indian Wells home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Indian Wells fell by $180,000 while total sales decreased by 38.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $555,000 - a 24.5% decrease over the $735,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Indian Wells in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Indian Wells for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,454, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
