Thousand Palms home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Thousand Palms rose by $60,500 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,500 - a 28.1% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Thousand Palms in July 2018, as well.
