Indio home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Indio fell by $13,000 while total sales increased by 17%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $318,500 - a 3.9% decrease over the $331,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Indio in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Indio for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,862, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
