Palm Desert home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Palm Desert rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 9.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 205 homes sold, with a median sale price of $359,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $338,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 187 homes sold in Palm Desert in July 2018.
