Romoland home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Romoland rose by $56,455 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $409,000 - a 16% increase over the $352,545 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Romoland in July 2018.
