Rancho Mirage home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Rancho Mirage fell by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 14.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 2.4% decrease over the $538,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Rancho Mirage in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Rancho Mirage for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,817, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
