Indian Wells home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Indian Wells rose by $512,500 while total sales decreased by 81.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,400,000 - a 57.7% increase over the $887,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Indian Wells in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Indian Wells for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,884, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
