The second half of 2021: Home prices in Mecca increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Mecca rose by $112,500 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,500 - a 80.4% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mecca in the second half of 2020, as well.
