The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in San Jacinto rose by $88,500 while total sales decreased by 6.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 321 homes sold, with a median sale price of $427,000 - a 26.1% increase over the $338,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 342 homes sold in San Jacinto in the second half of 2020.
