Pricing for the median home in Corona increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Corona rose by $130,000 while total sales decreased by 25.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 1,107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $710,000 - a 22.4% increase over the $580,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,488 homes sold in Corona in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Corona for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,056, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
