Home prices increased in Rancho Mirage during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Rancho Mirage rose by $117,750 while total sales increased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 894 homes sold, with a median sale price of $688,750 - a 20.6% increase over the $571,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 866 homes sold in Rancho Mirage in 2020.
