On Feb. 28, Yull Nicolas Sertillange sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 16650 Rolando Ave., Castro Valley to Sertillange Steven and Nicolassertillange Yullamay for $811,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 18, 2015 for $450,000.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Castro Valley as of this publication.
