California Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber, Ph.D., and her staff are set to conduct a webinar focused on the upcoming November 5, 2024, General Election. This event will offer guidance on planning to vote and provide essential voter resources.
This session marks the second installment in a two-part series designed to inform voters about the election scheduled for November 5, 2024.
The webinar titled "Make a Plan to Vote and Voter Resources" is scheduled for Monday, September 30, 2024, from noon to 1 p.m. Participants will receive information on several key topics:

- The Voter Bill of Rights
- Details regarding voter registration and Election Day
- Various methods for returning ballots
- Accessibility resources available to voters
- Ballot tracking through WheresMyBallot.sos.ca.gov
- Information on election security and reliable sources
