Portola Valley home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Portola Valley rose by $487,500 while total sales decreased by 29.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $3,700,000 - a 15.2% increase over the $3,212,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Portola Valley in the second quarter of 2016.
