Devonshire home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Devonshire rose by $512,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,900,000 - a 36.9% increase over the $1,387,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Devonshire in the first quarter of 2016, as well.
