Daly City home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Daly City rose by $57,250 while total sales decreased by 7.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 254 homes sold, with a median sale price of $777,250 - a 8% increase over the $720,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 274 homes sold in Daly City in the first half of 2016.
