Belmont home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Belmont rose by $182,500 while total sales increased by 14.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,597,500 - a 12.9% increase over the $1,415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Belmont in the first half of 2016.
