Idyllwild-Pine Cove home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Idyllwild-Pine Cove rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 2.4% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Idyllwild-Pine Cove in the first half of 2018.
