Desert Hot Springs home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Desert Hot Springs rose by $12,750 while total sales decreased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 187 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $210,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 232 homes sold in Desert Hot Springs in the second quarter of 2018.
