Canyon Lake home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Canyon Lake fell by $6,750 while total sales increased by 19.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $438,000 - a 1.5% decrease over the $444,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Canyon Lake in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Canyon Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,562, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
