Banning home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Banning rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $248,000 - a 10.2% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Banning in the first quarter of 2018.
