Calimesa home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Calimesa rose by $36,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 36 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $383,500 - a 10.4% increase over the $347,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Calimesa in the first quarter of 2018, as well.
