Romoland home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Romoland rose by $33,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $396,000 - a 9.2% increase over the $362,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Romoland in the first quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Romoland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,733, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
