Mira Loma home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Mira Loma rose by $41,250 while total sales decreased by 24.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $496,250 - a 9.1% increase over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Mira Loma in the first quarter of 2018.
