Perris home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Perris rose by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $339,500 - a 4.5% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Perris in July 2018.
