Indio home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Indio rose by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 18%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 105 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,500 - a 6.3% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Indio in June 2018.
