The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Palm Springs rose by $98,000 while total sales decreased by 13.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 146 homes sold, with a median sale price of $467,000 - a 26.6% increase over the $369,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 168 homes sold in Palm Springs in June 2018.
