Cherry Valley home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Cherry Valley fell by $37,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,000 - a 12.7% decrease over the $294,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Cherry Valley in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Cherry Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,537, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
